With zigzagging lines and a pattern that folds in on itself, Zeger has a mesmerizing design inspired by a tiled floor depicted in a 1440's painting by Belgian artist Rogier Van Der Weyden. The small, intricate shapes are formed with thin braids of hand-coiled abaca that take on a quilt-like Americana feel or a handsome graphic contrast depending on the coloration.
